Our knitting facility is housed in the same premises as our spinning units.

We spin yarn between counts Ne 20’s combed and Ne 120’s combed, both in single and 2-ply (TFO). All yarns are wound on the latest Schlafhorst 338 & Murata 21C cone winding machines. We also produce high RKM yarns for high speed looms. Our double yarns, including knotless, are twisted on Volkmann TFO twisters

We also produce Single Jersey Pique fabric. Our machines are also equipped with spandex attachments which enable us to offer high quality cotton / spandex knitted fabrics.

Knitted fabric is a textile that results from knitting, the process of  inter-looping of  yarns or inter-meshing of loops.

Single Jersey, also known as basic fabric, is a weft knitted fabric. It is knitted with one row of needles.

These types of fabrics are both easy to work with and comfortable to wear.

Spandex fabrics are mostly used in exercise wear where comfort and fit both are required like socks, gloves, clothing like zentai suits, etc.

Rib knit is a knitted fabric with alternating high and low knit  columns. More elastic and durable than jersey knits, they tend to fit to the body.

Knit Fabrics

Knitted fabric is a textile that results from knitting, the process of inter-looping of yarns or inter-meshing of loops. Its properties are distinct from woven fabric in that it is more flexible and can be more readily constructed into smaller pieces, making it ideal for socks and hats.

Single Jersey Pique Fabrics

Single Jersey, also known as basic fabric, is a weft knitted fabric. It is knitted with one row of needles.

Interlock Fabrics

These types of fabrics are both easy to work with and comfortable to wear. It is extremely soft, firm, and absorbent making it ideal for activewear. Not only do interlocks have a great amount of stretch, but the fabric has a good recovery.

Spandex Fabrics

Spandex fabrics are mostly used in exercise wear where comfort and fit both are required like socks, surgical hose, gloves, wrestling suits, rowing suits, specialized clothing like zentai suits, denims, etc.

Rib knit is a knitted fabric with alternating high and low knit columns. More elastic and durable than jersey knits, they tend to fit to the body.
